Natural Wild Animal Repellents

• Peppermint Oil
• Chili

Besides these natural repellents, people also use a large number of other natural repellents. However, the natural repellents we featured are most commonly used as a part of wild animal control.

Now, what most people aren’t aware of is that natural wild animal repellents aren’t effective as they believe they are. In fact, natural wild animal repellents aren’t effective at all in wild animal control. The truth is that wild animal repellents can only be a temporary solution, not an absolute solution to wild animal problem. Natural repellents won’t get bats, mice, rats, snakes, opossums, raccoons, and other varmint animals out from attics and other places. But, why is that so? Well, it is because wild animals are innately intelligent and curious creatures that will immediately figure out repellents and will find a way to avoid them. Wild animals will do anything to ignore the smell of natural wild animal repellents and stay in the comfort of a human dwelling.

Mechanical Wild Animal Repellents
People who don’t achieve success in getting rid of wild animals with natural repellents usually go for mechanical repellents after their failure.

Under mechanical wild animal repellents, we count in automatic sprinklers, various sound-emitting machines, and machines that emit bright lights. And know what? None of these expensive machines work in getting rid of wild animals because wild animals are too smart for mechanical repellents. Wild animals are actually able to outsmart mechanical repellents and avoid them. The bottom line is that you should never invest in mechanical and natural repellents because they aren’t effective. However, there is only one natural repellent that is somewhat effective and its name is eviction fluid.
